The Maven Guarantee

We have an open door feedback policy here at Muse + Maven. What this means is that any of your questions, comment, and concerns can be brought forward knowing that a dedicated professional is here to help!

If you have any concerns about your lashes, brows, nails, or skin let us know within the first three days of service and we will endeavor to work with you to make any adjustments.

The bottom line is: we want you to love your results and the service we provide!

CANCELLATION policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment but is not charged at time of booking.  Appointments canceled within 24 hours, “no-shows” or when clients are more than 15 minutes late may incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

In order to provide all of our clients with the best service, we please ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals mean your appointment time will be abbreviated in order for us to keep the schedule running smoothly for all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to consider it a late cancellation, subject to our cancellation fee.

Child policy

We want to respect all of our clients rest and recharge time, and we take everyone’s safety very seriously. Therefore, because we do have lots of chemicals, sharp tools, and limited space at the studio – children are not permitted in the studio unless they are school aged and can sit quietly, or they are accompanied by another adult not receiving a service who can supervise them. Thank you for your understanding!

ILLNESS policy

We understand that illness sometimes pops up last minute, and we appreciate that clients not come to appointments if they are sick. Therefore, we can waive the 50% late cancellation fee if clients promptly inform us about their situation and reschedule at that time.

Inclement Weather Policy

CLIENT GUIDELINES:

Appointment Rescheduling: In the event of a snow day or inclement weather, we may need to reschedule appointments for the safety of our clients and employees. Our studio will contact you to make alternate arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.

Advance Notice: If you’re unable to make it to your appointment due to weather conditions, please notify us as soon as possible. If you can’t reach us directly by phone right away, please leave a voicemail or text message at our studio number.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment due to weather-related delays, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your service provider no longer has enough to complete the service, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
